NFT’s for a good cause

2021/22: NFT Design, Naming, Branding, Strategy & Copy

BearByte is an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) that has been created in an effort to bring awareness, support and funds towards the charitable work of HeadStrong, a charity founded in the UK to help young men tackle those life-threatening challenges.

Styled on yours truly, we chose a bear to represent the family Headstrong wants to build, the loyalty we have to our communities and the strength every person has, that can help grow a deep and wide community full of people who are physically and mentally strong, committed to each other and ready to take on the world.

Working with InuYasha / Yashadao I created all the artwork and concepts for the BearByte, promoted to the entire DAO via a simple website they created which sold over 1,400 NFT’s in just a couple of days, raising funds for the Headstrong charity.

Plans have been made for the progression of specialised bears to bring in deeper level of support and are yet to be scheduled to launch. This was an exciting project to be involved with, and a good one to learn about the new world of Crypto, NFT’s and the audiences involved.
